The sign that welcomes you to Manyatta is a stunning mix of the old and new. The brushed steel lettering adding a touch of elegance yet still retaining and authentic feel, in the shape of the reclaimed railway sleepers upon which it is mounted. And as you enter, you will note the well maintained hard-core surface of the roads that blend in to the surroundings, flanked by hand twisted hedgerows and stunning African Tulip trees.
Every individual plot is watered and grasses cut to ensure the lush vegetation thrives and the site looks immaculate at all times. And along with our wonderful ground staff our security team also ensure that even before the first brick is laid everything and everyone is safe and sound to enjoy “Manyatta living”!
